Who We Are
PT IML Technology is the foremost In-Mold Label packaging supplier in Indonesia. It was first brought into Indonesia by a technical corporation along with several parties, including label manufacturing, label printing, and blow molding companies. The official establishment of the company in 2006 made PT IML Technology as the first packaging supplier to produce state-of-the-art In-Mold Labeling with Coupons, a manufacturing technique that enables significant prevention for counterfeit products.
With its vast production volume capabilities, PT IML Technology is capable in producing more than 1,000 metric tons of plastic bottles and more than 350 metric tons of injection parts annually. This allows the company to be a prominent supplier for a broad range of industries; from personal care and consumer goods, to chemicals and automotive industry.
Company Milestones
- 2002 In-Mold Labeling concept was brought to Indonesia
- 2003 Initial development of In-Mold Labeling with Coupons to prevent counterfeit products
- 2006 Establishment of PT IML Technology, to focus on In-Mold Label packaging business in Indonesia
- 2008 Initial development with Yamaha Motor Indonesia to minimize counterfeit on their existing Yamalube products
- 2009 Initial mass production of In-Mold Label packaging for the Indonesian market Approved to supply packaging for the Japanese market through local fillers
- 2012 Factory relocated from BIIE Cikarang to Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung Direct exports for In-Mold bottles to be used in the Vietnamese market
- 2013 Establishment of IML Technology’s second factory for overseas operations
- 2014 Initial mass production for the Overseas factory
